The reason we don’t send you responses over email is to protect your personal information. Most email inboxes are not secure and encrypted, and so sending an email that could contain sensitive information, like your personally identifiable information (PII), creates a data protection risk. We take your privacy incredibly seriously, and do our best to go above and beyond to protect your data.
Soon, we will create a support portal where you can log in to see answers to questions you may have asked. This portal will also enable you to receive a notification to your email when the answer is ready. We apologize that this feature is not yet available, but we are working hard to get it set up.
