It's important to protect you and your identity. Email verification, or multi-factor authentication, is a level of security put in place to ensure that you are you. You will be asked to verify your email when you purchase one of our services for the first time. You will then use this verified email to create and access your MeaningSphere account and to experience our services. You can choose to turn off multi-factor authentication at any time by accessing your Account Settings at the top right of the website and toggling the MFA option to off.
The email verification process requires that you enter a six-digit code that is sent to the email you provided on the Get Started page; not the email that was used to make the purchase (if those emails are different). For security reasons, it is a timed process so be sure to locate and use your six-digit code right away and return to the page to enter your code.
